"I could not have been more delighted with the Platinum service. I was expecting them to have to deal with a major problem with my computer but they discovered that it was a minor fault and fixed it promptly. I work from home and need my computer constantly and was able to pick it up, fully repaired, within an hour of dropping it off at the shop."
